How your support helps us:
The Urban League movement fulfills its mission through five focus areas:
Education and Youth
Economic Empowerment
Health and Quality of Life
Civic Engagement
Civil Rights and Racial Justice
Our network of more than 100 affiliates in over 35 states across the nation work to empower communities through academic achievement programs, mentoring and college scholarships. We offer jobs placement and workforce development. We provide mortgage-readiness programs and homeownership counseling, as well as money-management seminars that teach the fundamentals of long-term investing and asset accumulation.
We believe there's a role for all those who wish to contribute to accomplishing the Urban League's mission and helping to empower the African-American community. And whether you're a first-time donor or a repeat contributor, we thank you!
Through the benefit of your generous contribution we are able to reach more children and families and to help effect lasting change that can help improve economic opportunity and life conditions for millions of Americans.
